Wheat can be safely stored for many decades. If you plan to store it longer than a year we suggest putting it in an airtight container, such as a food grade 5 gallon bucket. This will keep it safely stored for 30+ years.

We do! We love to showcase our farming process to our clients. The best time to come see is during our harvest season which is usually mid to late June for our wheat harvest.

Yes, absolutely! Our hard white wheat is an excellent choice for sprouting for wheatgrass!

Your grain will be shipped inside a heavy duty, sealed poly bag inside of a reinforced, double wall cardboard box. The boxes stack really well for storage.

Uncooked wheatberries are very hard. While you could eat them uncooked we recommend eating them cooked.

Wheatberries are certainly healthier than white rice. We often times substitute cooked and seasoned wheatberries for rice in dishes such as curries and on plates paired with a good protein source such as salmon or chicken.

Absolutely! Wheatberries are loaded with fiber and therefore a very healthy choice for maintaining good GI tract health!
